Charleston, South Carolina – October 16,2014 – Two beautiful horses will grace the entrance of the City Jail at this year’s American College of Building Arts Red Party. From 6:30-8:15p.m., look for the Red Sash and Old South Carriage Company and take advantage of their two horse-drawn vis-à-vis carriages available as a backdrop for photographs.
